TowerBasis

Licence and terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase of TowerBasis. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected] before you buy.

Who sells

David Branson, 1 rue de l'Église, 75015 Paris, France. Contact: [email protected].

What you buy

A quarterly edition is a PDF dossier and an Excel workbook of figures read from tower companies' public filings, each figure with the page it came from.

Founding price for the first ten subscribers: EUR 2,000 a year, held for two years. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; where VAT is due, it is added and shown on the invoice. TowerBasis is sold to businesses, not to consumers.

Payment and delivery

Payment is by card through Stripe; TowerBasis never sees your card details. The files are delivered at once: a download page opens after payment, and the same links arrive by email. The links last thirty days. Stripe sends the receipt and the invoice.

Subscriptions

Analyst and Team are yearly subscriptions. Each edition published during the year is sent by email the day it comes out. The subscription renews each year at the price you pay, unless you cancel: write to [email protected] at any time before the renewal date and it ends at the close of the year already paid. Nothing is refunded for a year that has begun.

The licence

What the figures are, and are not

Every figure is read from a company's own public filing and cites the page it came from. Where a company does not publish something, the file says so. The figures are provided for information. They are not investment advice and not a credit rating, and no company reviewed them before publication. If you find a figure that is not on the page cited, tell us: it is corrected in the next edition and you are told what changed.

Our liability for any purchase is limited to the price paid for it.

Withdrawal

These are digital files delivered at once, at your request, and sold to businesses. The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute goes to the courts of Paris, after an attempt to settle it by writing to each other.
